Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this role you will be working alongside the Resourcing Manager to attract and recruit the highest quality talent within the Oracle Cloud market, as well as crucial other roles across the business.

You will take ownership of building up our talent pool across the BPO, Testing and Cloud Application Support teams.

This will include looking at ways to attract the right people, talent pooling, initial interviews, presenting candidates to hiring managers, booking interviews and managing candidate and hiring manager feedback.


We are looking for someone who has

  • Experience of recruiting talent either in-house or agency.
  • It would be preferred if you had IT industry experience but not essential for the right person.
  • Create recruitment strategies,
  • Write job adverts
  • Engage with Hiring managers,
  • Build relationships with candidates,
  • Strong communicator
  • Be an advocate of our core values; Passion and Positivity, Honesty and Integrity, Accountability, Excellence, Customer Focus, Collaboration.

You will also need to have a passion for customer service. Our support team continually receive excellent feedback from our clients and we are looking for someone who will work collaboratively with our clients promoting our customer focus and excellence. We believe our support team is the absolute heart of our customer success!
