Symatrix Symply Test

Purchasing a Cloud system means that you are able to benefit from the immense amount of investment that Oracle constantly puts into their systems, but if each time you don’t take advantage of this investment the more your system will fall behind. And you’ll likely never catch up.

Many Cloud customers underestimate the ongoing testing required in the Cloud. To really achieve the benefits you intended and to make your Oracle application run smoothly, testing application updates and patches thoroughly is crucial. Our expert testing system, Symatrix Symply Test, supports the quarterly update and patching cadence by planning, managing and carrying out regression testing on your environments as well as testing any planned changes as part of ongoing change requests.

Whilst 70-80% of the quarterly updates are tested within the Oracle solution there still remains 20%-30% for your team to test, making this an onerous burden given the number of enhancements and frequency of the updates each year.

Symatrix Symply Test includes automation to augment the Oracle upgrade testing carried out by our experienced testing team. The tool automatically tests the results of the update, be that in real time or during a scheduled window and returns the results, so that you can ascertain whether you want to simply switch on the update or manually intervene before doing so.

This service enables you to free up your own teams to concentrate on their business critical activities, making the most of your investment and increasing the chances of achieving your core business goals.
