How to change my password guide
You will be forced to change your Windows password at least once every 60 days. The system will start sending you emails 10 days before your password is due to expire. Please ensure you change your password before the expiry date to avoid any loss of service.
To change your Symatrix Windows Password you will need to logon your Laptop using your current Password. If you work remotely, then connect to the Symatrix network using the VPN client software.
Once connected you can press Control+Alt+Delete and then select change password, the new password will need to comply with the Password Complexity Policy.
