Dignity Select Symatrix to Implement Oracle HCM Cloud

Dignity has shown continual strong growth through a combination of acquisition and an increased portfolio of services and has further expansion plans which will lead to an increase in employee numbers and organisational complexity. To support the growth strategy, Dignity recognised the need to invest in a leading HR solution implemented by a premier partner, which would give them the ability to recruit, retain and develop great talent.

After a lengthy procurement procedure, Dignity selected Symatrix to implement the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.
