I joined Symatrix as an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical consultant making a journey from EBS HRMS Suite of products. I have more than 20 years of Oracle Applications experience and recently in Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud. My skill sets cover the technical aspects of projects such as migration, interfacing, reporting, extensibility, workflow processes, and use of middleware tools.

In my personal life I spend time with family, socialising, eating out, helping with school home works, revision (never ending) and also organising family sports events (in Summer) which are full of fun. We actually record videos of races and take lots of pictures in these events. My kids turn them into media presentations that we watch with the entire family – something everyone looks forward to. In the past I have set up fund raising events with the help of family and friends for Save The Children Charity. The experience was very gratifying.

In my professional career I had always come across the name Symatrix known for their reputation in the market as HCM experts with involvement in high profile projects across the country. So, it came as a 'no brainer' that I decided to join and be part of the team, wanting to be involved in prestigious projects. I wanted to be surrounded and learn from the experts, fill in the knowledge and experience gaps. Since I joined I felt welcomed and immediately sensed a feeling of belonging. My line manager is easy going, supportive and always available for any work or casual conversations. Likewise it is easy to collaborate with work colleagues who are accessible for any queries and support.

Symatrix provide and actively encourage training in Oracle products. Being an Oracle HCM and ERP Partner, we have exclusive access to training courses and events. This is a huge bonus to stay abreast with Oracle product knowledge which is so needed and important in my role. On top of this Symatrix also promote workplace well-being which I believe is important not only to build a productive work environment but also a personal healthy mind. After all a healthy mind is happy.. and productive.
