Symatrix acquired by US enterprise solution provider Applications Software Technology (AST) to expand global Oracle Cloud services

MANCHESTER UK May 21, 2024: Symatrix, a Manchester-based Oracle HCM, Payroll, ERP, SCM and OCI partner, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Applications Software Technology (AST), a leading digital transformation solutions provider. The acquisition of Symatrix is the latest step in AST’s global expansion. 

“The capabilities of Symatrix complement and broaden AST’s core services and allow us to reach new global markets,” said AST CEO Justin Winter. “Working together we will be able to offer enhanced services to our combined customer base. Symatrix brings an established UK customer base that strengthens AST’s vertical expertise across numerous industries and provides a platform to further expand in emerging sectors. The deep consulting capabilities of Symatrix will also expand AST’s capabilities across Oracle Cloud Applications, including Supply Chain and Human Capital Management.
