The first of the awards that we have once again been shortlisted for is Oracle HCM Cloud Partner of the Year.

Chris Brooks comments:

“We are extremely proud of the quantifiable ROI that our customers achieve, the feedback that we get from our customers and the efforts that our team put in to deliver truly exceptional levels of service. This is a recognition of the effort that both our team and our customers put in to making our projects a success.”

The second award is Managed Services (Outsourcing and Operations) Partner of the Year Award – Applications.

Chris Brooks adds: “We have been shortlisted for this award as Symatrix is the only partner that provides outsourced payroll on the Oracle HCM cloud. The BPO team now process over 250,000 Bacs payments per year, with a contractual service level agreement of 99.75%, therefore making them the largest user of Oracle HCM Cloud payroll in the UK.

The knowledge that the team now has on Oracle HCM Cloud payroll is second to none and they are using that knowledge and the capabilities of the system to deliver a level of service that no other outsourced payroll provider can match.

As you would expect from a service that is capable of catering for heavily regulated organisations, the BPO team is fully BACs accredited utilises specialist data leakage prevention tools and is ISO 27001 accredited.

We are very proud of our Managed Service Team and this entry is testament to them and the customers that use them”.
