Symatrix Launches New Oracle ERP Managed Services Offering

Symatrix, the leading provider of Oracle HCM Managed Services, is pleased to announce that it has extended it’s offering to include Oracle ERP. This new service will use the leading practice that Symatrix, over the last 12 years, has brought to the management, testing and release of Oracle HCM to help Oracle ERP customers get the most from their investment.

Symatrix Managed Services cover both Oracle Cloud and E-Business suite providing customers with the most comprehensive, UK-based offering in the market. It is used by private and public sector customers ranging in size from those with 1,000 employees to those with over 100,000. The service is underpinned by ITIL industry best practice and is ISO27001 accredited for data security.

Symatrix Managed Services reduce risk, cost and effort associated with managing Oracle Cloud and E-Business suite solutions while encouraging and managing the adoption of new functionality. The Symatrix Managed Services model takes a very different view on the provision of IT and Application support, as well as supporting associated services to make the whole experience positive and proactive by preventing and resolving problems even before they exist.
