Graduate Oracle Fusion SaaS Managed Service

We are seeking high-calibre graduates to join our team as part of our Oracle Fusion SaaS Managed Services division. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in computer science or IT who are eager to start their careers in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Main Duties

Assist in delivering managed services and application support for Oracle Fusion SaaS.
Participate in change request projects to support and maintain Oracle Fusion products.
Work on customer sites 5 days per week to provide hands-on support and service delivery.
Engage in a structured learning and development training path while awaiting security clearance.
Apply practical experience gained during the training to real-life situations.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Utilize organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

Experience:

Essential:

Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Strong interest in starting a career in Oracle Fusion SaaS Managed Services.
Right to live and work in the UK.
Must have lived in the UK for at least the past 10 years to meet security clearance requirements.
Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
Willingness to work on customer sites 5 days per week.
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Desirable

Basic understanding of Oracle products or SaaS platforms (though not required).
Any prior experience in IT support or application management is advantageous
